As the weather warms up our work continues behind the scenes at the club as we prepare for our first season at Step 3, alongside celebrations for our 50th anniversary.
While it’s been a quieter week for announcements, we still have some exciting news to bring you in this week’s update!
Players Committing for the New Campaign
Although we are still a few weeks away from formally signing players for the new season, we’re delighted that several members of last season’s squad have already committed to staying with us for the step up to the Southern League Premier Division South.
A couple of weeks ago, we announced that Brandon Barzey would be returning to Hanworth, and we are now thrilled to confirm that the following players have also committed to another season with Villa:
A huge thank you to the players who have already committed to the club. We’ll have more news in the coming weeks as Simon and the management team continue building the squad for the season ahead.
Wedding Bells!
A quick note of congratulations to two of our wonderful volunteers, Robyn and Harry, who are getting married on Saturday!
Over the past few seasons, they have both played a huge role at the club, helping across a variety of areas including the turnstiles, matchday marshalling, and boardroom hospitality.
Thank you both for all your hard work and dedication, and congratulations from everyone at Hanworth Villa we wish you a fantastic day and many happy years ahead together.
Online Season Tickets
Last week, we announced our admission and season ticket prices for the forthcoming season, and we are now pleased to confirm that season tickets can officially be purchased online.
Season tickets cost the same online as they do in person. Supporters purchasing online will receive a QR code ticket initially, with physical season tickets available to collect from the club during pre-season or at the early league fixtures.
We can also confirm that season tickets will cover all pre-season friendlies, with the exception of the testimonial match on 1st August.

Club membership is also included with every season ticket, giving supporters access to discounts at the bar.
Join Our Media Team
As we prepare for Step 3 football and celebrate our 50th anniversary we’re looking to expand our media coverage and bring supporters even closer to the club.
We are currently looking for new volunteers to join our media team. Whether you already have experience or simply want to get involved and learn new skills, we’d love to hear from you.
We are looking for people with interests or experience in:
Our media team is made up entirely of volunteers, but we can promise valuable experience and the opportunity to work alongside some fantastic people.
