We love seeing new faces at Rectory Meadow, and to help you with your first visit, here are some handy bits of information about what you can expect at our home.
Tickets
You can purchase tickets online right up to kick-off through our ticket shop. For most fixtures, we also accept cash and card payments at the turnstiles. If a game is pre-sale only, we will let supporters know via our social media channels and the news section of our website.
Getting to Us
We have limited public transport but it is very regular and links up with some well served mainline stations and other hubs such a Heathrow Airport, Feltham and Kingston, and we have some parking available for supporters. However, this is on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have an accessible parking permit, we can normally accommodate you in a space nearer the entrance. As these spaces are limited, please contact us before matchday so we can ensure a space is reserved for you.
We have secure cycle parking inside the ground perimeter, please ask at the tunrstile and we will let you through so you can secure your bike.
You can find details on travel routes and public transport here.
On Arrival
When you arrive at Rectory Meadow, make your way to the turnstiles. For larger games, we operate several entrances. If needed, these will be clearly signposted, and our matchday marshals will be on hand to assist.
If you have a pre-purchased ticket, please have your QR code ready for us to scan. Otherwise, follow the signs for cash and card payments to purchase your ticket.
PLEASE NOTE : Musical instruments, such as drums are not currently permitted inside Rectory Meadow, if you attempt to enter the ground with one this will have to be handed over to our security and safety team and collected when you leave.
Inside the Ground
Once you enter the ground, you will find the toilets to your left and the club shop directly inside the entrance. Our club shop stocks a range of club merchandise, and you can also pick up a copy of the match programme and try your luck in the 50/50 draw!
The SDS Fan Zone
Once you cross the players' tunnel, you will find the SDS Fan Zone, home to our fully stocked football-themed bar, The Ranch. We offer draught and bottled beers, soft drinks, and snacks. There is seating inside, and on warmer days we also have plenty of outdoor seating, complete with large umbrellas if you prefer some shade.
In the Fan Zone, you will also find our food outlet, serving a range of hot food including burgers, chips, and hot dogs with all the trimmings, as well as cold soft drinks and hot beverages.
For larger games, Marylin's will also be open, serving a selection of hot food including filled slices, sausage rolls, and more.
All of our outlets accept both cash and card payments.
From the Fan Zone, you can also access our main clubhouse, which is air-conditioned for those warmer days. Our bar offers a wide selection of alcoholic, alcohol-free, and soft drinks, along with a range of snacks and hot beverages. Inside the main building, you will also find toilets and our information screens, which display live scores from across the division.
We are currently building another drinks outlet on the opposite side of the ground, which will be opening soon. This outlet will offer a full range of draught and bottled alcoholic, alcohol-free, and soft drinks.
The Stadium
There are plenty of places around the stadium to enjoy the action. We have two seated stands on either side of the halfway line, as well as covered standing areas towards the "Motorway End" and along the sidelines.
There is access and viewing all the way around the pitch, so you can keep up the non-league tradition of standing behind the goal if you prefer.
Smoking and Vaping
Smoking, the use of e-cigarettes and vaping is not permitted within the stadium at any time. There is an area within the fan zone where you can smoke or vape.
First Aid
Should you become unwell or injured during your visit please see any member of our staff who will call for first aid assistance. We have many trained first aiders and equipment on site.
Security
We have security staff on duty who are present to assist our Matchday Marshalls and Stewards. All of our staff are there to help, if they issue instructions please do follow them, they are working to ensure the safety and enjoyment for everyone.
There are a number of items not permitted in the stadium please do not bring them to the stadium, random searches will be carried out at admission points.
The following are prohibited items (not a complete list) and any person found carrying such items will either be refused admission, ejected or items will be confiscated: Fireworks, flares of other pyrotechnics, alcohol (only alcohol purchased on site can be consumed within the stadium), musical instruments, flags on poles (flags are very welcome and can be put up but please do not cover advertising), drugs or illegal substances.
We have had a number of issues of cars being broken into, whilst we are working with the Metropolitan Police and local authority on this issue we advise you do not leave valuable items in your car. We do have security teams patrolling the car park throughout events.
Throughout the ground, you will find plenty of staff and volunteers available to help if you need anything. Most of our staff will be wearing red T-shirts or yellow hi-vis clothing, so please don't hesitate to approach any member of the team if you need assistance.
We look forward to welcoming you to our home.
