We may be a little over 2 months until the new season commences but minds are firmly fixed on the season ahead.
We will kick off our first ever campaign at Step 3 in the Southern League Premier Division South on Saturday 8th August 3pm, we expect the league fixtures to announced around mid July.
We will also be competing in the Emirates FA Cup and FA Trophy, dates and draws are to be confirmed, however with our new position in the pyramid we will enter these competitions a little bit later than before. In the FA Cup we enter at the first-round qualifying (end Aug) and in the FA Trophy at the third-round qualifying (early October).
Before all that there is the small matter of pre-season and we have lined up some great friendlies, there may be some additions, however at the moment all fixtures are at home. We will also have some news of special events happening around the current fixture list.
We kick off the pre-season campaign on Saturday 4th July when we host our neighbours and welcome back our friend Alan Dowson as we take on Hampton & Richmond Borough of the Enterprise National League South.
Saturday 11th July we welcome Isthmian League Premier Division side St Albans City. Then it’s under the lights as we welcome Fareham Town on Tuesday 14th July. Carshalton Athletic of the Isthmian Premier Division will visit on Saturday 18th July, Kingstonian on Tuesday 21st July and then we welcome Welwyn Garden City on Saturday 25th July. We will have a fixture on Saturday 1st August which we will confirm soon.
