Match details
On a blustery January night we started strongly against an impressive Marlow side. Kyen Nicholas managed to net early on (8′) and for a while we looked comfortable only for Marlow to equalise just 11 minutes later through Dawid Rogalski (19′). For large periods of the game we looked the better side and looked most likely to score, as it was we got back in front through an own goal, Rogers (40′) but again we couldn’t hold on to a lead and it was David Tarpey (45′) who tapped home.
The second half saw Marlow come into the game more but there was always the sense that we could snatch a winner. It was however the visitors that stole the points with a last minute strike from Brandon Curtis (90′).
A hard one to take.
