Aldershot Town came to Rectory Meadow and showed us a masterclass in National League football running out as 0-5 winners. We had our moments but the difference between a full time set up and our part time set up was clear.
There were good performances throughout our squad though and some impressive individual performances. Although, 0-3 down at half time, in the second half we spent most of it looking more likely to score, but a couple of breakaway attacks saw Aldershot get two more.
All in all a good run out for the players, however disappointing the result.
We also had our new official photographer DM Photography join us for the first time to get a feel for the club and to take some pics for us.
