Villa’s cup run came to a halt against a Horsham side who looked every bit a team vying for promotion in the league above us. Although it was an end to end performance Horsham seemed to have a bit more in their locker and in front of 916 supporters did their fans proud.
Villa kept knocking but the directness of Horsham proved too much.
